This agreement applies between Musso Detektivbyrå ("the Agency") and the individual or legal entity ("the Client") commissioning a service. The agreement enters into force upon the Client's written confirmation and completed payment.
The specific content, objectives, methods and timeframe of the assignment are defined in writing in a separate assignment description appended to this agreement. No actions are taken beyond what has been agreed upon without the Client's explicit approval.
Payment is made via bank transfer in advance, before the assignment begins. A detailed cost estimate is always provided before work starts. No hidden fees apply.
The Agency undertakes to treat all information about the Client and the assignment with strict confidentiality. Information is never disclosed to third parties without the Client's written consent, except when required by law or authority.
The Client undertakes not to disclose the assignment's methods, the Agency's personnel or technical procedures.
The Agency operates exclusively within the framework of Swedish law. The Client confirms that the requested assignment has a lawful purpose. Assignments deemed to violate the law or ethical guidelines may be declined without obligation to refund time already invested.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that information provided to the Agency is accurate and lawfully obtained.
Upon completion of the assignment, the Client receives a written report with findings, documentation and conclusions. The report is designed to be usable as evidence in legal proceedings. The Agency is not responsible for how the Client chooses to use the report's contents.
The Agency's liability is limited to the amount the Client has paid for the assignment. The Agency is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or consequences of the Client's own decisions based on the assignment's results.
Disputes arising from this agreement shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be settled by Stockholm District Court under Swedish law.
